ASEC Mimosas is a sports club

 If football is the dominant sport, ASEC is a sports club.

  1. The basketball section (2 time champion of Africa among men in 1989 and 2000) and volleyball regularly dominate their respective Championships.
  2. Athletics, swimming and windsurfing sections sailing for the moment have reduced their activities due to the socio-political crisis.

Our club is represented on the national scene by the ladies team which plays leading roles in this discipline under the leadership of its president, M DOSSO Tiémoko.
